Is this program held in-person or virtually?

The C-CAT course and examination are held entirely online through the LMS platform Freestone.

Is the course content emailed to me?

The C-CAT course and examination is held on a platform called Freestone. An individual taking the course will receive login information to access the course on the platform. The course is not available to be downloaded.

How is the course constructed?

The C-CAT course consists of pre-recorded videos and PDF's. The individual will have the opportunity to go through the course at their own pace during the week of the course. We recommend individuals to set aside 25 hours to go through the course content.

Can I use my notes during the examination?

While you aren't allowed your course notes/course material during the examination, you are allowed to use a blank piece of paper to take notes during the examination.

What grade do I need to pass the examination?

While we don't provide an exact pass/fail mark. We do add new test questions to each examination and evaluate them. Questions deemed unfair will be removed from the grading process. Due to this the exact pass/fail can vary depending on the amount of questions removed.
